Is the agency fee for tenant placement separate from the management fee?

Yes, the tenant placement (or agency) fee is separate from the ongoing property management fee. The agency fee typically covers the cost of finding and securing a tenant, including advertising, tenant screening, and lease signing.

What is the standard rate for tenant placement fees?

The agency fee / tenant placement fee is one month rental or pro rata basis
